Typically bullying is associated with strength and power, but we want to show kids and adults that strong/athletic people have ZERO tolerance for it.

my GOAL

By selling athletic apparel I hope to make a statement and start a movement.  Take the power away from bullies.  I want to show kids and young adults that there is strength in numbers.  If they see my shirts being worn by athletes and gym enthusiasts, my hope is that it will give them comfort during this difficult time and know they are not alone.  I aspire to give people the confidence to stand up for others.  Sometimes it only takes a voice to put an end to bullying.

A large part of the proceeds from sales will go towards multiple anti-bullying foundations and individuals that are being affected; in attempt to bring a smile to their face.

Give your support and show everyone that you are STRONGER THAN BULLYING.

WHY I STARTED STRONGER THAN BULLYING

Over the last few years I've s read numerous articles and have seen news stories about kids taking their own lives; turning to drugs and alcohol; and retaliating against others with school shootings.  This is beyond heartbreaking.  We live in a world with so many issues, hopefully we can put an end to one.

Growing up in the Bronx, I saw many fights but luckily I was never bullied.  Being tall and trying to be the funny kid might have helped with that.  However, one moment my Freshman year in high school has always stuck with me.  Walking home one day I was approached by about 15 kids that told me to "stop and turn around."  I continued walking, and one kid yelled out "If you don't turn around right now we are going to beat the shit out of you."  Turning around, one demanded that I give them money, but I refused.  Even before anything could happen, someone in the group spoke up and said "Oh I know him, he's cool, leave him alone." and just like that they stopped.  If it wasn't for that one person that went against the crowd and said STOP, who knows what would have happened.

I can understand how getting caught up in the crowd can make it hard to stop and think.  Sadly, I remember pushing a smaller kid in grammar school because it seemed like the funny thing to do and it made my friends laugh.

I believe joking between friends is a great and health thing.  I am by no means an expert, but I feel it builds character and creates bonds that could potentially last forever.  BUT, there has to be a mutual feeling.  If there is a point where one person does not feel the same way and words or actions go too far, it must be communicated and stopped.

Whatever your experience is with bullying hopefully you will get on board with this movement and support anyway you can.
